5) Payment for the program fees can be made by credit card, check, money order and cash. Payment can be made at the cashiering stations located in the Enrollment Services Center. Services hours are Monday - Thursday 9 a.m. - 7:45 p.m. and Friday 9 a.m. - 4:45 p.m. Please note that there is a 2.65% convenience fee associated with the use of all credit cards. Check and money orders should be made payable to BC Member Organization.

Payment for tuition can be made by credit card, check, money order and cash. Please note that credit card payments for tuition are not accepted at the ESC. Credit card payments can be made online through BC WebCentral. VISA cards are not accepted and there is a 2.65% convenience fee. Check and money orders should be made payable to Brooklyn College.

Please note that a separate payment is required for tuition and program fees.

Please do not combine the payment for both in one transaction. If you have any questions on how to pay, contact Ms. Leah Chajeczkis or Ms. Natalie Guarna at 718.951.5200.

6) Your program fee payment of $2925 covers all travel related expenses including: airfare, trains, buses, hotels, meals, sightseeing fees and basic costs of excursions like admission fees, medical insurance, and production as well as post-production costs and fees of documentary activities in Prasad Academy. The $2,925 payment does not cover: CUNY tuition, ground transportation to and from JFK International Airport, visa and consular or passport fees, immunizations need for your travel before entry into the country, laundry, personal telephone calls and internet in the country.

7) If you cancel before the plane tickets are purchased on or after November 1, 2012, you will receive a full refund except for a $300 administrative fee. This is non-refundable and will be deducted from your $2,925 payment.

8) If, for any reason, if you cancel after December 1, 2012, you forfeit all fees paid for the program.
