BC Study Abroad Program in India
GRANTS & SCHOLARSHIPS
CUNY students participating in the Study Abroad India Program may be eligible to apply for the following grant or scholarship opportunities:
1. STOCS (Study/Travel Opportunities for CUNY Students) grants, which range from $1,000 (short-term projects) to $1,500 (long-term projects).

2. The Benjamin A. Gilman scholarship to U.S. citizenship undergraduates may extend up to $5,000 depending on the length of study and student need, and an additional $3,000 for Critical Need Language Supplement.

3. Leonard & Claire Tow Travel Stipend for Study or Research Abroad covers travel and associated costs up to $3,000.

4. Student Affairs Study Aboard Scholarship (SASA) affords up to $1,000 for study-travel and research.

FINANCIAL AID
CUNY undergraduate and undergraduate students may be eligible for financial support for participating in the Study Abroad India Program:
1. Student loans may be used to pay for either tuition or program fees :

or graduate http://www.brooklyn.cuny.edu/web/about/administration/enrollment/financial/graduate/loans/direct.php
federal direct loans should have a 2014/15 FAFSA on file.

2. SEEK and Honors students may receive additional funds for studying abroad, please contact your school's SEEK/Honors department offices for further information and or assistance as each college consists of an individual office for each program.
